Hey everybody, it is time for yet another Rob'servations. Welcome to the show. I am Rob Leifeld,

your humble host. excited to talk to you on all things comics and pop culture, because it's

coming from every corner like it's never come before. I don't know how you guys were hanging this last weekend,

but I got three hours of Invincible,

the brand new cartoon from the mind of Robert Kirkman,

Cory Walker, Ryan Otley,

three fine, amazingly talented young gentlemen who now have a cartoon series and

animated series on Amazon. And I was really excited to take that in. And I'm going to cover that

more further into the show. Really just super impressed. Could not be more impressed, was relieved that there is just another cool,

a cool, you know, story, for me just story, but to everyone else, comic book story,

you know, graphic novel adaptation, whatever you want to uh however you want to frame it in order to

advance the advance the cause of comic books at large because i mean really that's what it is it's

another um kind of i think i think unanticipated not unanticipated unexpected that's the word I'm looking for. Unexpected. If you didn't

know about Invincible, you didn't know what Invincible was when it appeared on your Amazon Prime

menu. Maybe you'd seen a trailer, but here it is. It's arrived. It's top notch. It's A plus. It's

quality. And it's alongside my, now my Friday menu of whatever Marvel or Disney

plus show I'm getting, Star Wars, I'm thinking, you know, right now we're in the Marvel zone as

the Star Wars stuff is still ramping up.

But we've got Winter Soldier Falcon, which I enjoyed thoroughly, which is now dropping for the next, you know, I think

five more weeks. And is it four more weeks? And then subsequently we have Invincible running

its incredible course. And then Warner Brothers is giving us all of these different

genre, sci-fi comic book themed-themed products, filmed entertainment.
