Acute bronchitis Friday, ladies and gentlemen. I have to explain something here.

We came into the studio, started taping at 9 o'clock Eastern, and we were ready to do that

brand new exciting feature. It's just me me we got on track and we had a

couple of people that were ballbusters that called during the opening segment

I got pretty vocal with a lot of them and after the second one we stopped tape and decided we're going to take a little

break from this for a second here and I just wanted to reset and come back on and start the show and share with you exactly where my mindset is with the show.

It's been pointed out to me that these people that have been giving us a hard time since the big blowup with a pony boy going to Japan are a very vocal minority of people.

In fact, everybody that has an opinion on it that you would read about or see

is a minority of people that actually listen to this show. But at the same time, since that happened,

there has been an overall tone and I read the social media that has just stuck in

my craw more so than maybe any time in my career and I think the reason for that is because the nature of what we do here on this

podcast is a far more intimate form of communication than I ever thought I could have. I thought radio was as intimate as it gets.

I was wrong. Podcasting is even more intimate. We have more relationships and more close relationships

with people than we ever have before.
