Welcome to the feminine podcast. Thanks so much for joining me today. The topic today is

walking and I don't mean a walk in the park.

That sounds very nice, but I'm talking about the Christian life and you know I bet you could

see it coming but the Christian life is a calling to walk in a very specific direction.

And those who reject Christ are described as walking in the opposite direction. The Christian

walks with a Christian purpose, with understanding, and with a Christian

demeanor. So I thought we would just spend a little time with some Bible, a little Bible today about

walking. First, there are quite a few walk knots and so I'll just mention a handful of those just a few. Romans 8.

1 and 4. Walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit. Second Corinthians 57, for we walk by faith not by sight.

Ephesians 417 walk not as the other Gentiles walk. So God's word is so clear for us, it's not

ambiguous. We are to walk NOT after the flesh, not by sight, not like the unbelievers, they have a different destination.

They have a whole different perspective. Their flesh is their guide, not the spirit.

They trust their sight, and they do not walk by faith in God. So we are not going in the same direction,

we are not to imitate them, we're not to be sidetracked by them, or to stay on our own track with our own purpose.

So who are we?

Well, we are God's people.

We know this, and we are to resemble him.

We're his children. So we are to resemble him were his children. So we are to walk as

children of light. Ephesions 5-8. We're to walk as though we know this of who we belong to, who our father is, and we walk in him.

We walk in him.

The Christian walks after the spirit and in the spirit. Galatians 516 and 25.

Cola Shosians 2 6. So walk ye in him, Christ Jesus the Lord.
