It's Monday, it's April 24th, and the word of the day is Calsarconi, another great

one from my favorite Lexicologist, Susie Dent, it's a Finnish word that means drinking

at home alone in your underwear.

In a sentence, I got a disturbing number of messages about Calsarconi that all basically

said, wow, personal attack from Susie against you, he's saving on laundry by not spilling

baleys on his shirts anymore, you should be thanking him, Susie, good point.

And to be fair, of all the places he drinks alone in his underwear, this is the one that

gets us the fewest complaints.
