It's been like really busy.

So we've got a lot going on this month.

We've got a lot of guests.

We normally don't have this many guests in a row, but this is just how it's going to go.

you kind of felt like maybe you should already know, but now that you're, you know, maybe in your

30s or 40s or 50s

or 60s and don't know you feel like the ship has sailed on asking or finding out and we are

trying to bust that myth right out of the water because it's never too late to learn these things

and we don't we you know we're still learning too so today we are so excited to have jeremy on

jeremy is somebody who i lovingly referred to as my negotch coach i don't know if he really

loves that term but i love that it rhymes so much jeremy and i got connected i believe on

instagram i actually still to this day i'm like kind of unclear on how I found out about you.
