Nationals is done. The competition season is over. What a

freaking season. Some amazing national champions crown this past weekend. The

best national show that I've honestly that I've ever seen and that's not just coming from me

it's coming from a lot of people a lot of coaches who I was discussing with over the

weekend or people who were just there watching the show who are kind of bodybuilding historians if you will

Unbelievable competition and it's awesome to me to be at shows and be able to chat with you guys,

interact with you guys here, how the, you know, the podcast is able to help you

and stuff like that.
