You guys this is my leak and this is the podcast today we have a very special episode

it's my first time speaking with Dr. Becky on this podcast. Dr. Becky is a clinical

psychologist, a mother of three, founder of Good Inside, the papers and everyone

says she's the millennial parenting whisper and I just

find her to be an all-around stand-up and good human and I'm excited to have her here today on the podcast for a host of reasons.

Now, Dr. Becky or D.B. as she is known in my home

helped me gain so much clarity as a parent.

I kept saying, I know what I don't want to do,

but I can't quite figure out how to do what I want to do and it's really hard to do things that don't come naturally to you.

So during the pandemic, a few dims turned into face times.

And every chance I got to speak with Dr. Becky,

I always took copious notes because there's just so much that she says that resonates with

me on the deepest level. Now today I'm going to share some of those notes and ask Dr.

Becky to share some of her wisdom more deeply with us.
