It's also the pictures that you hold in your head. So ask yourself like what is

what's happening in my life because if that's the case and it usually is gotta change

your thoughts you gotta change the pictures. You got to change the words.

And the most important part of this talk is toward the end of it where she's talking

about self praise. Not enough of us praise ourselves.

We think there's something wrong with praising ourselves,

but that's one of the best things you can ever do.

So commit yourself to a program of self praise. You deserve it.
