I am your host, Rob Leifeld, the Rob of the Robeservations.

I have been making comics, 38 years, almost, I'm so excited to get that fourth decade, get that 40 years going there.

But making comics, writing comics, publishing comics, you may have known me from some of my more popular works, Deadpool, cable, X-Force.

I've done work on the X-Men title. I helped launch the third largest publisher in the history of comic books, Image Comics. For the last 30 years, Image Comics has been wedged

right there. We even hit number two on point, and I talk about it on one of our many different

episodes.

I've been collecting comics since 1974.

That's as far back as I can place myself in the liquor store,

pulling those amazing newsprint comic books off the creaky old spinner rack.

This podcast was started three years ago.

It exists to share and to talk about

our mutual love, passion of comic books and the way comic books has exploded across the culture

becoming these giant mega, $200 million budgeted blockbusters that when they work, they generate

billions of dollars of of of income

and even more in regards to passion and interest and and and shared experiences.
