I've just been to Swanley.

Do you know where Swanley is? It's just off the M25 at the junction of the M2.

And the reason I have been there is to deliver one of my books. In person? In person. Because a lady

called Sarah, who had ordered it, and I'd sent it out on the 18th of July.

She sent me an email last night, slightly herrumphing about why hadn't she got it?

Anyway, Hermes have apparently got it but haven't delivered it.

So anyway, after a lot of towing and throwing, actually spoke to someone at her means but i didn't

realize that you can only speak to them if you're the sender not the receiver um so she wasn't very

impressed and she said well it's it's kind of ruined my enthusiasm for the book so i thought well i know

what i'll do love i'll deliver it myself seeing as you're only about 30 miles away.

And it's all right, it got me out of the house, didn't it?
