Underdogs when this series began, now lead the Baltimore Orioles two games to one.

And now, the National League champions, the Mets find themselves the favorites to win this World Series,

a series not many ever thought they'd be in.

The weather today in New York City, crystal clear skies, unlike yesterday's overcast,

but also unlike yesterday, instead of the temperatures in the mid to upper 70s, today, at game time,

it is 57 degrees, top-co coat weather with a higher to be in the

low 60s or perhaps to the mid-60s. The pitches for today's first game are warming up,
