is the last day of one of our 21 day challenges. For the last 21 days, we have had no caffeine. That's

no coffee, no caffeinated beverages. I'm not going to lie to you.

This has not been easy for me. So I think people know, but we do these 21 day challenges on the first of every month.

We have a free Facebook group where people can join and they can take the challenge with us. So we've done no alcohol.
