but a very powerful lesson that if it hasn't sunk in yet, hopefully through this episode,

you will embrace the concept of just how incredible the tool that we have at our disposal truly is. I'm talking about

the internet. I'm talking about creating content online. Specifically, I'm talking about the ability

that we have for the first time in human history to sit down as I am right now with a fairly

inexpensive collection of electronics using the free

resource, the internet, and recording content, be it audio, be it video, be at a slideshow.

It doesn't matter what it is.

Any of us can now create content.

That's not news.

No one's surprised by what I just said.

But let me illustrate the power of this with a simple

story. One of the things I've been doing today, actually, I spent the first several hours of

my workday today just picking up the phone and dialing several phone numbers. I've probably made,

I'd say, 30 phone calls today. Most of the time you get voicemail, that's cool. But I'm using my personal cell phone

and I'm calling customers from our community. I'm calling coaching students, people who've brought

a course from us or attended our event last year, just having conversations with them.

And here's the thing. Here's what I want to illustrate what's happened. In many of the cases, not all,

but in many of the cases where people answered the phone, and I told him who it was on the other end,

they responded with something along the lines of, oh my gosh, wow, that's so great. I can't believe I'm

hearing from you. Now, that's not because I'm such an awesome guy and

everyone in the world would be delighted to talk to me on the phone. In fact, the matter is,
