Was Michael Jackson innocent?

Almost certainly not.

Well, maybe that's unfair.

I've only been able to analyze from afar.

I saw that documentary leaving Neverland and I believe the guys who say that

MJ molested them. It's all very sad. I think it's a little more complicated

than just horrible evil man molests children.

It does seem as though Jackson was himself a victim of all kinds of disgusting

horrible, irreparable child abuse when he was younger

and didn't ever seem to grow up. He was stuck in

childhood. At the same time I'm not sure how far in that direction, that

forgiving direction I'm comfortable going because he still wrote beautiful complex music

he seemed conscious enough and smart enough to write touching lyrics and to produce

coherent work over a lifetime or over a career.

So in my mind the guy was aware of things outside of himself.

He was guilty and conscious enough to know what he was doing and to know that what

he was doing was wrong.
