Heyo what's going on. Thank you so much for taking the time to tune in a quick sort of intro I guess so I'm testing out a new episode type

You know, as we go through this process of personal change, I realized that so much of it is how you think

about the world and the things that you think about.

And so I thought it might be valuable to share the things that I'm

thinking about as I go through my own process and maybe some of you that resonates with and

the thoughts I have on it are slightly different

and we can sort of learn from each other and maybe others it doesn't really resonate with

Today we're going to talk about focusing on the journey and the reason I wanted to make sure that, you know, we touched on this.

The reason I wanted to make sure that we took the time to talk about this is because

two weekends ago, I guess, I got stuck in a rut.

You know, I've always spent a lot of time comparing myself to others.

I've always, it's ever since I was a kid, it was something that always created issues for me like I would get something and I immediately compare it to my cousins like what they had and feel bad about the thing I had or what I was able to accomplish compared to them or whatever it was.

And this has kind of showed itself in my adult life in kind of unhealthy ways.

You know, I have friends that are doing incredibly well,

business-wise, made some decisions

that I couldn't make or I wasn't in a position to make and it's paid off really well for them and I'm beyond
