Roman Empire shifts from an imperial political state to what some would call the Holy Roman

Empire and an imperial religious state.

I'm adding the world of imperial to that.

So people would say like, we went from a political imperial political state to a Holy Roman

empire, a religious state.

And I'm going to say an imperial religious state.
