We got Dr Wayne W dire wrapping up our week and this is one my favorite talks of all time because you know

it's really hard to live a happy fulfilled life when you are conforming.

When you're doing what other people expect of you,

when you're doing what you feel like you should do,

or society says you're supposed to do that just feels like and I felt this

before you're not really living your life and I can remember back in 2006, 2007,

is. People would ask me, like, what do you do?

I say, I'm a personal trainer.

And, you know, I didn't love personal training.

I did it for about five years too long.

My heart just wasn't in it anymore and

but I say hey I personal train but I'm doing this other thing too I just started a

YouTube channel and I'm making videos about health and teaching people like really complicated matters of health in a very simple way and the audience is building. I want to build it up to this point so I can start selling products and services and I remember like the looks people would give me because not many people were

doing this back then and the snickers I would hear and people would just give me

this kind of a yeah right look and it never really bothered me because you know there's there's two

choices there's two doors you can walk through the door and keep living

the life you're living, not feeling fulfilled,

conforming, doing what somebody else says you should do, what you're supposed to do, what people expect of you,

or you can go through another door where you get to do you or you get to create whatever it is you want to

create when you get to live the life that you're supposed to live you get to play
