| 0:57.0 | I'm sort of going on the heels of the last podcast, which was also about some of our thinking, right? |

| 1:07.8 | So today I wanted to talk specifically about the rigid thought |

| 1:14.0 | You know, it can also be called Black and White thinking. |
| 1:17.0 | We've talked about that in other podcasts, but it deserves to be talked about again and again because this is a tough spot. |
| 1:28.3 | This is kind of the entry way to a lot of anxious feelings. |

| 1:37.4 | What I am talking about with rigid thought patterns |
| 1:41.0 | and black and white thinking is the idea of being unbending in your attitudes and your thoughts, |
| 1:47.0 | being inflexible, kind of being stuck in right or wrong thinking, that's black or white, |
| 1:57.0 | everything has, it has to be clear, either it's clearly right or clearly wrong. And often what that is is really |
| 2:10.3 | judging. It's not so much that an opinion, it's more of a judgment because we don't leave |
| 2:17.3 | any room or any space for other thoughts or ideas to come in. |
| 2:24.0 | And this is how it gets us into trouble because it is a judgment. |
