All right. Today's subject is such a powerful one. As entrepreneurs, as leaders, really,

if you're called into any type of leadership role, this is something that we all need to continually

be reminded of. I know I do myself, and that is the power of hard work. You know,

we're living in a time of instant gratification. We're living in a time of people wanting

shortcuts and wanting things faster and easier. And the truth is when it comes to success,

when it comes to getting results, when it comes to making an impact, it's always going to require

hard work. And that is why we admire success. That's why we look up to it. That's why it's rare.

Because let's be honest, most people don't want to do the difficult things. They don't want to do

the inner work, the real work, the personal development work that's required to go to the next level,

and people don't want to put in the work that will give you the results.

They just want the results.

I think we can all relate to that, right?

That's a human phenomenon.

We all want that.

Now, okay, great, that's what we want.
