The highs, the lows, his journey, what he ate, how he trained, how it affected his personal life, how it affected his libido, eating disorders within bodybuilding, whether he would do it again or not, the dogma within bodybuilding and the mis-information, and what he learned as a person about himself and the pursuit of body perfect. 0:16.1

he experienced from a health perspective and I'm gonna I'm gonna dig deeper

0:20.2

into that now because that's kind of the area that I'm you know more interested in

1:35.0

Yeah, I think the first few weeks you're just getting used to measuring your food out,

1:38.8

getting into the routine, starting to feel really good about the training.

1:42.0

My macros, and My macros are relatively high. My

1:44.7

fats were pretty high. So I was loving life really. I was enjoying the structure like any

1:49.4

athlete, you know being given a, or ex-athlete, being given a structure to work from normally I'm giving the training program and the diet

1:57.0

so it was nice to be on the issue to be on the other foot.

2:00.0

So it was great to have that structure. And as you saw, I think, it was around the time that I got, we got invited out to some friends for a weekend festivities, I suppose. And I knew that there was going to be food

2:14.4

and drink there that I potentially not that I couldn't have it but I was going to be
