1:11.1	first, why don't you tell me a little bit about your background and what you do at tech systems?
1:15.1	Sure, thanks. Appreciate the opportunity here. So I'm actually relatively new to tech systems,
1:20.0	probably one of our newer hires. I've been onboarded seven or eight months now, but I've been in
1:25.7	the managed service provider space for going on 20 years, done various roles, obviously,
1:32.3	throughout that time, but heavily focused on the last decade or more on innovation, artificial
1:38.4	intelligence, and automation. And so as my role as a digital workplace service architect,
1:44.0	that's really what my focus is right now. We're heavily invested in these technologies,
1:49.0	a lot of these emerging technologies bring these together into a platform that would deliver
1:53.8	real business outcomes and business value for our customers and all the different verticals.
