What are you hearing? What are their pain points?

This particular one we're going to talk about today is also consistent with our survey.

As you know, last year we did a podcast survey.

We had nearly 2,500 listeners respond, which is a fantastic response.

One of the questions we asked Daniel was, what topic do you want to hear more?

One of the top three was personal productivity and the business.

When you showed up this morning, you said, okay, hey, this is one of the pain points we're going to discuss.

Wow, hit the bull's eye. This idea of folks want to be more productive.
