episode I want to talk about my personal approach to staying productive because the truth is I've got quite a lot of stuff going on and I'm sure you all do as well.

And that's not something to complain about.

That's actually an amazing thing that I'm fortunate to have a lot of really great stuff going on.

But the problem that this causes sometimes is that when you have a lot going on it gets more and more

difficult to stay organized which leads to overwhelm or stress and then

overwhelm and stress leads to procrastination, it leads to pushing things till the next day,

and quite frankly it leads to just not getting much done at all.

And so in response to this, you found stuff that I have going on.

I've been forced to start creating some systems in my life that allow me to stay productive,

to think high level, and to not get lost in the weeds of things, which leads to less overwhelm, still some but less, which means

getting more stuff done. So with this episode I want to share some of those systems with you. But first I have to sort of set the table
