0:15.9	about culture shock experiences in London. So I've worked in London for
0:22.3	ages and ages for you know lots of years and I met lots of
0:27.3	students from around the world and they would often ask me the same, things that they didn't understand about London life, or things that confused them or frustrated them, things like the food, the public transport system even why we have two taps in the bathroom
0:47.6	and I have decided that I'm going to go through a list of the most common complaints that students have had about life in
0:55.1	London and then try and explain the reasons why these things happen as a way of attempting
1:01.4	to just clarify the reasons.

1:06.4	All right, so I'm gonna carry on.

1:26.1	separate cold tap that has been dealt with now. Fine, I found the reasons.
