So we're to talk about processing emotions today because, listen, I did not grow up knowing

how to do this and this all sounded so crazy and woo-woo to me until I started to reach

midlife and have my own version of a crisis because I had suppressed all my emotions for 40 years.

And so I am learning all about processing emotions.

I've had everything that I'm going to mention today that might help you process your emotions and

learn more about this, I think I've tried. So I'm still learning, but emotions really are the

language of our bodies. And if you don't, it's kind of, we talked about this before,

it's kind of like processing food in a way. If you don't digest it's kind of, we talked about this before, it's kind of like processing food in a way.

If you don't digest it and process it, it will keep coming up.

It will, you'll start reacting to your life instead of responding to your life and being
