0:05.0	I have a little change of pace for you guys this week as the Industrial Strength Show was on location this past weekend in the NYC.
0:18.0	I was in Manhattan all day Saturday at my buddy Kenny Santucci's strong New York charity event
0:27.4	at his gym cross-fit solace which by the way if you are ever in New York City you got to stop by it's on
0:38.2	32nd Street it's again cross-fit solace. It's just one of those gyms that you feel the vibe and you feel the camaraderie among the members and just the positive energy the second you walk in the place.
0:58.1	And by the way it's not just a cross-fit gym.
1:02.1	Yes they have a lot of crossfitters there, you know different
1:05.8	boot camp type classes, but they have a downstairs where there's a lot of power lifting, heavy lifting going on.
1:14.5	Olympic weightlifter, a bumper plates,
1:17.3	and Olympic weightlifting platforms.
1:19.4	A nice strip of turf with sleds and prowlers. You name it, they got it. Just a real badass
1:28.9	motivating gym. So, side note, if you're ever in New York City stop in ask for Kenny Santucci he's the man
