personal health story so let's start there. Yeah you know so I'm a

conventional internal medicine doc very much into the latest newest drugs.

And then in 2000 I started having problems with my left leg, got evaluated with a spinal tap and an MRI,

and diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.

I, you know, in retrospect, it was during Medical Squad had episodes of face pain.

That was probably Triginal Neuroalgia and 13 years earlier

I had an episode of dim vision in my left eye.

And I knew I wanted to treat my disease very aggressively. So I

sent out one of the best MS centers doing clinical research and saw their best people

took the newest drugs and went relentlessly downhill.

Within three years I needed a tilt-reclined wheelchair.

I took my Alexandron, then I took Tizabry, the new powerful biologic,
