More and more I've been realizing how incredible it is to incorporate relaxation into our

lives and not just the type of relaxation where you sit on the couch and zone out while

watching TV. I mean the kind of relaxation that is meaningful and mindful and genuinely helps

you feel calmer. And look, I'll be honest and let you know that relaxation is hard for me sometimes.

Actually taking the time for myself to unwind used to make me feel so

guilty. Like I'd sit down to read a book and half an hour later, I'd be annoyed with myself for

spending time on something that wasn't technically moving me forward in life. I felt good when I was
