I've taken a lot of time to do some of the things that I've put off for a while definitely I did my taxes early this year which was a really mature thing to do

I've also cleaned my apartment so much so often that I think at this point I could probably literally eat off any surface

I wouldn't recommend that but I think technically it's possible at this point

You know between doing those things and my new 400 push up a day routine which has been really challenging but cool

I've also dug into the old the old case noggin and you know addressed some of the things that I think we all tend to push off more personal things

And I think like many other people one of my vulnerable one of my most glaring call it imperfections has been a history of always wanting to be liked by everyone

Like a burning anxious desire to be liked by everyone accepted by everyone and I think you could probably relate to this

We all do this to some extent but you know I look back and this desire made me so anxious

Like I used to want to be liked by everyone accepted, praised, celebrated everything and that was a really uneasy feeling to always have hanging over you

Like it changed how I acted, it changed what I wore, what I did, what I said

And with that feeling like always influencing my behavior I didn't do so many of the things that I tell you to do

You know Mr. Hippocrite here I didn't let my freak flag fly as I say I didn't put things down, flip them reverse them

I wasn't my weird goofy self I didn't talk about my passions I just wasn't case

You know because I was consumed by this just desire to be liked and accepted
