Hey! How are you? Good, how are you? Good, thanks for happening on. Yeah, thanks for

0:24.3

having me. Are you in Carolina right now? Yes, our fitness test is Thursday and then we start

0:31.1

training Friday. What's your best? Almost about the fitness test. It's a 30-15. I've only actually

0:39.9

ran it once and it was in preseason last year. It's not as bad as beat tests, so I'm fine with it.

0:47.8

That's good. And then we just have a like the typical 40-meter sprint and jump test

0:55.4

and then some sort of agility test. Nice, that's not too bad. Yeah, not crazy. Better than the beat.

1:04.3

Always better than the beat. So how has it been at the curve so far? Really good. It's

1:09.7

completely different this year. We've made a lot of changes, so excited to see what's to come.

1:16.6

We're really just kind of starting from scratch, new groups, a lot of new front office staff,

1:23.2

new staff members, completely new, so look forward to seeing how it all goes. This will be your

1:29.9

second year, right? Yeah. My second year. And then before that you were playing overseas, right?

1:34.9

Yes, that was in France for a year. That's cool. So do you feel like your style of play is

1:39.8

different over like in France and here and then college or like do you think you have like a

1:44.7

similar style everywhere you've played? I feel like my style has been pretty consistent,

1:52.2

but the way that the team style is has maybe adapted a little more. It's a lot more technical

2:02.7

over in France. And I think that I like to be a more technical player, so I feel like I like

2:09.9

that a lot. I blended well getting to see different international players style kind of take

2:15.9

pieces where I can learn from them and then obviously the US league very physically demanding.

2:22.3

So definitely a little bit of a learning curve and a little bit of a change in that sense,

2:27.5

having to be more physical, but I still think that I at least try to be a technical player on the field.

2:34.5

How did playing in a foreign country like help grow your game on like the mental side?

2:42.7

On the mental side, just going into a place where my language wasn't the first language spoken
