So there's this feeling that you need to already be a really successful business owner or be successful in some way or have some like amazing, incredible, very unique special story to get featured in the media.

And it is absolutely not true. And I want to share with you my own story around getting media exposure and how I did it really, really early on in my business.

what the heck like this is really happening and it made me feel really excited about like this new

chapter in my life was starting and i was like putting myself out there for me this is how i got

going with media exposure i talked in a previous video about the power of networking. Early on, I started

to go to local networking events and started connecting with people. I guarantee if you go to a few

local networking events, I'm sure you'll find at least one person who either has a local

radio station or probably loads of people with podcasts these days. So in connecting with these

people, they would often have just like local women in business on their show.

And so I remember early on being invited to go and talk on this tiny little local radio show.

And I remember being sat there and going into the like the studio and it just felt like such a big moment like,
