As a buyer, using your due diligence or inspection period to answer your questions and check every detail of the home is crucial. As an agent helping your buyers understand what they might want to check is just as important. The goal is for every person involved in the transaction to leave the due diligence period feeling confident and most importantly excited to move toward the purchase.
