Bucky is up at the opening the Nike opening which is all the top high school players, high school football players in the country

be convening up there at Nike headquarters in Beaverton.

I'm going to actually be joining Bucky on get up there Saturday night be up there all day Sunday.

We'll have a hour long total access from from the Nike opening on Monday and the man who'll be joining me on that is the one who's

feeling and today and that's right Lewis right what's going on buddy.

T.J. what's up dude glad to be back here for the the annual summer appearance even though we've got a little bit of a dual purpose this time I guess right.

Yeah we've got we've got a little bit of looking back and then a little bit of looking forward here one of the things we did.

Last year I've mentioned the importance of the manning passing academy and what that's meant for the top quarterbacks over the last few years.

Guys the college quarterbacks convened at this camp in Tibido Louisiana at Nickel State and then they helped coach a bunch of younger kids high school kids.

So it's a great opportunity for them to invest in some kids but it's also a great opportunity to evaluate and see some of these top college quarterbacks when they're getting trained and and getting to work out with Eli and Peyton and company.

And this is something that you've been a part of from from day one right you have you been to every single one of these.

Yeah all but to so this was my 20th year I went five years as a camper on staff five years when I was at Indiana and somehow they keep inviting me back to be on staff.

So yeah that's fantastic and we've had you on you've been on on the pot of bunch but for those that don't know maybe.

Yeah the first time.

Why don't you kind of give them the backstory there with your family's relationship with the manning family.

Sure so you know I played against Eli in high school we were in rival rival high schools in the greater New Orleans area but it really kind of goes back to my dad who was a head trainer for the Saints for 32 years while Archie was there.

They were great friends and Archie was actually my dad's best man in his wedding.

So we've been family friends for for a long long long long time and so always great to get down there and see Arch and Peyton Eli and Cooper as well.

The whole family's been down there every minute of every day of every camps since it started pretty cool.

Well I want to get into these college quarterbacks in a second and you also I need to give you I need to give you some love because member gosh you must come on the pod two years ago
