Well, hey there, welcome back. Today's episode is going to be a little bit different because we're going to have some guest speakers, a couple of them. Little ones, little girls, my little girls. I know that you have heard me talk about diaphragmatic breathing. It can also be known as belly breathing for some or 360 breathing. I tend to call it 360 breathing because I really like
