All right, I'm so excited to be sharing with you today about the greatest gift ever.

And this is actually the only podcast episode I've posted for the month of December.

And it's the most important one I could possibly post. And so as we're wrapping up this year

and celebrating the most important gift of all,

I wanted to take time today to share with you how I ended up opening up the greatest gift of

all, which is Jesus after many, many years of rejecting the gift. I literally left the gift

sitting under the tree, unopened,

unwilling to open it, and I really didn't know what I was missing. I did not know how much I was

missing out on because I just didn't know. And you don't know until you open up the gift and you

receive God's grace and you actually receive being forgiven

and redeemed and chosen and adopted and heirs to the kingdom of God and given eternal life.

When you know where you're going after this, there is a peace no matter what trial and

tribulation you face in this world because you know what comes after this.

You have that confidence. You have that assurance. And there is nothing else in the world that

can give you that. It's only from God. And we have to be the ones to be willing to open it.

Right. And just like me, my pride for

so long wouldn't let me open up the greatest gift. I want to remind you today that the gift of
