Summary

As a human with a human brain, we re going to feel things that we don’t want to. But a lot of times, the reason we don’t want to feel them is because we’ve judged ourselves for even having those thoughts and feelings to begin with… we are judging ourselves for being human.

In todays episode I share with you a couple of strategies to show up for yourself with more compassion and love, and not have so much fear around difficult emotions.

See you inside 💥
