Tell me how you got into the blogging business.

Thank you for having me. Sure, yeah. I kind of stumbled into it. I got lucky in some ways. It was right at the end of the real estate crash.

I was a real estate executive at the time

and I saw that the whole real estate industry was kind of falling to pieces.

So I decided what to do with my life.

I decided I was going to start a blog,

talking about personal finance and all of the financial lessons that I learned while working with multi-millionaires in real estate.
