I'm so happy that you chose to spend some time with me. I want to make this a short and sweet episode because it's all about just doing what you say you're going to do and that's something I learned from one of my mentors of just a few years ago, in fact,

her name is Kim, and she was insistent that I always did what I said I was going to do.

And in fact, she was that kind of mentor and boss that she said, hey, I really

want you to read this book. And I go, cool, sounds great. If I hadn't bought the book within

a week, she would have said, hey, why didn't you just tell me you don't want to read it?

Do what you say you're going to do.

And something that really resonated with me, it still does.

And it's one reason that I am committed to follow through on

everything that I say I'm going to do and I want to invite you in to the same

mentality that you can do that too. I've talked to a lot of people and they say

they don't set resolutions because they say that no one accomplishes them or they don't know

people that typically do. I'm gonna tell you no one to do. Now certainly there are times when I when I when I fault or when I I don't have my you know I lose

tracker priorities but if I say I'm going to do it I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it.

And I want you to start making your goals and your commitments to yourself the very same way.
