The UK’s favourite fitness coach is back with series two of his podcast. This summer, Joe will be speaking to inspirational friends and some of his favourite people to ask them what they do to keep themselves feeling mentally and physically strong in the face of life’s little challenges. During the 2020 lockdown, he's been working on the follow up to his debut album which reached number 1 in the UK and Irish charts and sold more than a million copies. Just back from a solo road trip across the United States, in their conversation, Dermot opens up to Joe about the pressures of life on the road, and the importance of keeping healthy and grounded. He explains why he finds true escapism in a couple of hours playing PlayStation, and why he's never happier than being surrounded by the Irish countryside. This is sunshine in a podcast. 1:00.7	my podcast because the last time I saw you we were standing in a corridor in a hotel and
1:04.9	Manchester, after Socorade it was me, you, Danny from McFly and Robbie King was singing a
1:11.9	song to us, do you remember? Robbie King was singing more than anybody, yeah.
1:14.5	And it's about 3am and you said I've got a guy of bed boys, I'm getting up at like two hours
1:18.4	time and you were literally flying off to the Caribbean to Jamaica to get over to America.
1:22.8	So you literally just got back, that trip to America looks epic, dude.
1:25.8	But you know what happened, I got in taxi at 5am say, right, to get from Manchester to Heathrow,
1:31.2	got to the check-in and as like I was in a days, you know, you know what that night was like,
1:38.2	and I was checking in and they were looking to my passport, it was all good and then the guy was like,
1:42.7	do you have your a certain type of form and I was like, oh look I'm pretty sure I do, yeah,
1:47.0	I'll call somebody and make sure I have it and I didn't have the right form so I couldn't go
1:50.6	that day. So I bailed on that party for no good reason and I went the next day.
