Hello and welcome to episode 18 of the James Smith Podcast. I have added this

0:06.5

episode to season one, season two remains to be the podcast where I bring on

0:11.3

guests. I do apologise for the long delay in which it's been since doing a

0:15.9

podcast but I have been working on a very long six hour podcast known as my

0:21.5

book Not a Diet Book which is out in the 23rd of January. I've been preparing

1:10.5

and it's hard to offer someone perfect book advice because of the context of

1:16.2

it and on my story questions people go James what book would you recommend and

1:20.5

I'm often saying for what? A lot of questions I get asked across all platforms if

1:25.4

I can answer them with saying for what? It's not a well-structured question. Now

1:30.8

I've been fortunate enough throughout my life to be told what books to read by

1:35.7

my friends at different times and often when I need it do not let advice full on
