And he comforts those who mourn.

He heals broken hearts.

So there is a special thing going on between someone whose heart is broken and someone

who's mourning and the God that loves them.

For what today will be a very poignant and

important conversation that I think will encourage a lot of you who may be dealing with a loss in your life.

We are going to specifically be talking about the power of grief, but the greater power of the God who can work in our lives to take us through it and beyond into joy once again. And we're going to be specifically talking about the loss of a child. And that's one of those things that we can barely even fathom how to get through something like

that. But there are many of you who have dealt with it, are dealing with it. And it also applies to

any loss you may be having in your life. So that's really important. So Joyce always has a lot to

share with us about these things. And we're so grateful for Joyce's teaching and what God's word says.

It's a real honor to be here for sure.

Well, you have been a part of the

ministry for many, many years, leading worship for, for Joyce's conferences. How many years did

you lead worship for us? Seven years. Seven years. And also doing that for other ministries.

And so one of the things that I think is really a key in this is

when you're supposed to be the Christian who is standing strong and is leading others and your lives

are shattered. Right.
