We have such with the regulars.

We've got people who are staying up late.

We are just recording in the afternoon, which we normally don't do.

But here we are.

And it's the end of July.

Things are happening. We've got a lot of updates. So where do we want to start? All right. Let's see.

So last time we talked to you, I had just had a really slow, really slow, sad trail run. Since then, I have competed in a taekwondo tournament which is not something i ever

thought i would do um i did not place in my forms category however i'm just going to say this once and

i truly don't care but i think there was like a scoring calculation error because they show your

scores and then they like for each individual and then they present like for a second

third and I scored higher than the person who came in third so I'm like okay whatever like there

might have been a mix up some big deal I'm not that bad at math it's fine and then in sparring I took

third but only because I was in like the third place match, basically.

My sparring opponent, the whole reason I did this Taekwondo tournament, the whole reason I got

tucked into it was that I was told like there's going there are going to be other adult women

there in your division.
