how to opt out of drama in your life, especially unnecessary drama that

actually doesn't even have to do with you. So I want you to think about who's in

your life right now. We have all different types of friendships and

relationships but I find from being a psychotherapist for 22 years that people

will fall into particular categories of the way that they relate to the world and how they

relate in their relationships. So I wanted to make it easy so I made some

archetypes for you so that you could actually see you could see yourself in those archetypes or you could see the people in your life in those

archetypes. So I'm going to take it from the top and then I'm going to move into some ways that you

can actually opt out of the drama that you don't need in your life.

So let's start with the first archetype which is the victim.
