This is a headgum podcast. This is the dumbbells, a personal fitness podcast where we, I'm Eugene Cordero. And me, I'm Ryan Stanger. We have discussions and answer questions on all things self-to-fitness. This is solely based on our own working experience, a little bit of bro science. So please keep in mind we're not doctors and never claim to be. Nope. Just a couple of dumbbells. Love ourselves from fitness. I want to help you with yours. And the health can start right now. Now, yeah. Now, baby. It's just me and Stanger this week. We're back in the swing of things of episodes and we're going to, you know, we're going to focus on, you know, a lot of new things going forward.
