So today's topic is really about how to get your mind set up for the week ahead or the next

day ahead or wherever you are.

If you've got something big happening in your life, how to get your mind

in the right place so you actually get more success throughout that day, throughout that week,

month and so on. This is something that I personally do and is something which will actually

yield more results because you're training up your mind to support

you. You see, more often than not, when we go through our life, we get affected from stresses

or from certain circumstances or situations, events happening, and our mind can begin to spiral out of control. It might give you

the anxiety, it might give you the worry or the stress or the negative thoughts or doubts,

you know the ones that the negative self-talk, all those types of things. And we can, and we do have the ability to change our internal mindset.

We can change what's happening on the inside and what that really means is that you do not have to be reliant on

external things to go your way. That is what I'm really about in terms of what I like to teach.

I want you to have the type of mindsets, the type of resources, the type of behaviours, ways of acting

and reacting that serve you despite the circumstance. Because there will be many situations and you may be

going through one right now which will seem very hard. Because sometimes life is like that.

We go through certain circumstances, certain situations. And depending on how we're geared up on the inside will dictate

the results that you get or your behavior. So how you act and react to that situation. So I'm a great

believer in training up our mind and really getting our mind in such a way to allow ourselves to fully be our potential.
