| 0:00.0 | So today I'm talking to you about how you can let go of negative emotional states as well as negative memories. |
| 0:08.0 | So are you ready to let go of any negative emotion that you may be experiencing right now, |
| 0:14.0 | any kind of low feeling that you're experiencing, or to be able to change how you experience past memories or past situations. |
| 0:22.6 | Now this technique is so simple yet incredibly powerful in retraining your mind to be able to, |
| 0:30.6 | you could say, saturate it with positive feelings or allowing that past memory to no longer have the power it had by |
| 0:40.3 | overwhelming it and stacking it with positive experiences. |
| 0:44.3 | This is really exciting. This is something that I use with my clients and it's very, very helpful and incredibly quick. |
| 0:50.3 | So what do we do? Okay, so here's what happens. |
| 0:53.3 | What you do is you consider either the emotional state you're experiencing right now |
| 0:59.0 | or a negative memory that you wish to be able to take away the energy from. |
| 1:05.0 | So here's what happens. |
| 1:07.0 | You consider either one, because you've got to really separate one to another because maybe you never know you might be having that negative state because of that negative memory. |
| 1:15.3 | But really be clear and what one do you want to work with. |
| 1:18.4 | You can do them individually because the process still works. |
| 1:22.0 | But choose one at the first instance. |
| 1:24.5 | So it could be either an emotional state you're not quite happy with right now, |
| 1:29.3 | so the things which are happening in the present, or something in the past, a past memory which you want to be able to overflow with positive experiences. |
| 1:38.3 | So let's go for the first one. Let's just consider how we'll break down changing your emotional present state. |
| 1:46.0 | So what you do is you get the feeling or the association of whatever state that is. |
| 1:52.0 | Say it's a little bit of frustration. Let's consider that one as an analogy to teach you. |
| 1:58.0 | If you have frustration, you'll be feeling it in your body. Whatever |
