what seems to be an awesome diet so what is the slow-carb diet the slow-carb diet? The slow-carb diet is a it's kind of a diet

system I guess popularized by Tim Ferris and it focuses on consuming foods with a low glycemic index.

Now there are some basic rules that Tim came up with to make this easier to sort of wrap your head around. So I'm going to pull a quote directly from his blog.

Quote, rule number one, avoid white, starchy carbohydrates, or those that can be white.

This means all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and grains.

If you have to ask, don't eat it.
