I've got a wonderful surprise for you today.

My good friend, author Karina Cook, is back on the show. Hooray! Karina writes the glam Italian travel guide series and she's a treasure trove of

knowledge about Italy. We just love having her join us on the podcast. Karina is a dedicated Italian beach lover and I couldn't think of a

better guest to join us to talk about discovering the Italian coast. She loves the beach and the

whole experience of going to the beach and the Lido in Italy, which is probably a bit different

to the way things roll in your part of the world.

I will warn you though, this episode might get a bit bossy because as you've heard me and other

guests say, there is much, much more to Italian seaside vacations than the Amalfi Coast.
