Hi, Henry. Thanks for having me. I'm excited to have you with us. Marina is a small business owner herself

and a systems expert. She refers herself as a productivity geek. She sees her job as helping impact-driven

entrepreneurs get 10 to 20 more productive hours a week,

stop leaking money, and prevent those stress-filled breakdowns that we're all subject to.

She's an engineer by training, but Marina, rather, came to the realization a couple of years ago

that working for a conglomerate, a big corporation

is not as inspiring as she wants her life work to be.

The quest for inspiration brought her to found Vision Framework, a company that builds small,

purpose-driven businesses from the inside, helping entrepreneurs run their companies with ease

by putting effective, easy-to-use, and fun systems in place.

Systems is one of my big things.

I've always been a systems person.

I love implementing systems, so that's one of the reasons I was excited to have Marine on the show.

Marina lives in the Watertown,

Massachusetts area. And so in today's episode, Marina is going to share with us,
