Your self concept or your thoughts about yourself form a ceiling for you that you can’t rise above. You have to understand what is happening in your brain so that you can break through it and become your favorite version of yourself. Build evidence for the future you instead of reinforcing an old identity. You will create your life to the edge of this ceiling so if you want to elevate your life, you have to elevate your self concept. You do this by practicing the thoughts, emotions and actions of who you want to become. What does she think? What is her emotional IQ? What are her habits? Expand your state of being in all these ways. When you shift and elevate your self concept, your whole life will change. Your new identity will begin to emerge as you live into her NOW. Think like her, feel like her, act like her, BE HER. Your brain wants to be right so it will prove your thoughts about you TRUE. Think like your true self would think. BE YOUR FAVORITE SELF NOW! 0:40.1	We receive the identity that God gives to us and we ditch all of those limiting beliefs that society or other people or our
0:47.9	parents or whoever has instilled in us. All of those limiting beliefs about who you are and what
0:53.7	you are created to do,
0:55.1	all those comparisons you have of comparing yourself to other people, all those lies you believe
1:00.6	about not having the opportunity or the possibility in your life to create what you want to
1:05.6	create. All of those issues around health and body image and body weight and all of those fears that we have
1:13.3	of failure, all of those limiting beliefs, we are kicking those to the curb and we are creating
1:18.9	a life that we love, a life of our dreams, a life that we are so excited to live.
1:27.0	I love this teaching inside of life mentoring school,

1:37.8	and I'm like, the women in my program have been going crazy over it. They have been posting
